AIKIDO
AIKIDO is a green-stemmed pak choi suitable for both open field and hydroponic operations.
A hybrid variety, AIKIDO produces a uniform head with a high number of very dark green, erect leaves.
A key and unique feature of this variety is high resistance to Clubroot races 0, 1 & 3.
AIKIDO produces similar sized heads to Sumo but produces leaves which are several shades darker.
Care needs to be taken to avoid growing this variety under high bolting pressure.
