CARINA

CARINA is a mini cos suited to warm and cool season (shoulder) harvest and, as such, has a very wide harvest window. In more mild areas CARINA will be able to be harvested right through Summer. CARINA has thick, lightly blistered leaves and a yellow internal. CARINA is more vigorous than sister-line Chico and makes a nice alternative variety to run alongside – although CARINA will be able to be harvested later into the cold. CARINA has a wider butt than Chico giving a better bag fill when used in twin cos packs.
