JAMMER

JAMMER is a small to medium-sized, crispy cos suitable for both whole head harvest (either as single heads or for use as sleeved twin packs) or for processing. A sister line to SLIDER it is ideally suited to warmer conditions as it is slightly shorter and is slower growing.

JAMMER has very thick, cupped leaves which are extremely crisp and, like SLIDER, can be used as lettuce wraps in the food service industry. Once stripped back JAMMER is a tightly packed head with an extremely high number of useable leaves.

The internal leaves are a uniform, very light green colour and a very short core means less waste. Being a shorter type crispy cos, JAMMER is the preferred variety for single leaf use. When grown in warmer conditions JAMMER shows excellent tolerance to both tipburn and bolting even under extreme conditions.
