JOI CHOI
A standard selection, JOI CHOI is a white-stemmed pak choi (also known as pak choy, bok choi or bok choy).
A hybrid variety, JOI CHOI produces highly uniform heads in regards to head size, shape and maturity which makes for ease of harvesting, with one pass possible.
JOI CHOI is a vigorous variety and will easily produce large plants that have compact, dense heads with fleshy, white stems and dark-green leaves.
