KERBEL

Very quick growing, KERBEL will need to be sown every two to three weeks in order to have continuous supply to meet market demands. KERBEL is a high yielding type with attractive, smooth leaves of good colour.

A compact plant, so suitable for pot cultivation as well as fresh cut. Chervil loses its aroma when dried, so is mostly frozen for processed use. Used fresh KERBEL is popular for flavouring soups, salads, yoghurt and egg dishes.
