Strawberry Toms are fleshier, with less seeds than your typical cherry tomato. Fleshy yet flavoursome, wait for them to colour a high red, letting them ripen properly before eating gives sweetness and increases their content of lycopene. Ideal for snacking on, keep them close by and pop a healthy handful into lunchboxes.
