PERSIA

PERSIA is a high yielding, dark purple pak choi suitable for year round salad leaf production. The purple colour holds well in hotter conditions but, as is usual, will become even more intense in colder conditions. PERSIA has a moderate vigour making it a true year round variety that won’t become unacceptably soft in Summer conditions.  PERSIA has an erect growth habit allowing for easy machine harvest and has a very uniform leaf size through the crop resulting in fewer damaged leaves during harvesting. PERSIA is a perfect choice for growers looking to add colour to a salad mix.
