SABRE
SABRE is a new hybrid parsnip which has a white smooth-skin finish which is noticeably slower to colour than other varieties on the market.
The smooth-skinned roots of SABRE have a great flavour and strong tolerance to root canker. The roots have a shallow crown and better weight distribution than other varieties.
SABRE’S consistent shape means the roots fit well into pre-packs and bruise less during the packing process.
