SANTIAGO

SANTIAGO is an extremely versatile, larger midi-cos sized, crunchy cos which is suitable for year round production but best suited to cooler conditions when used for process leaf production due to its larger size. That said, SANTIAGO is slow to bolt so may be used through the warmer months when bolting is an issue in more traditional, whole head production.

SANTIAGO has a narrower leaf than the likes of Cristobal. SANTIAGO has a very sweet taste which it maintains in slower growing periods of cold.
