VIOLETTA is a purple daikon radish bred specifically for sprouting and microgreen production. VIOLETTA produces a vibrant violet coloured stem with a contrasting bright green leaf. VIOLETTA produces cotyledons of good weight offering growers a high yielding product which adds good colour contrast to their sprouting and microgreen mixes. The strong and spicy radish flavour produced by VIOLETTA complements the more mild and sweeter radish lines such as the Elfie and Sangria.
