KAIZEN
KAIZEN is an improved white-stemmed joi choi (also known as bok choy) to complement our existing JOI CHOI.
A hybrid variety, KAIZEN is an improved version of the traditional Joi Choi and offers better head uniformity with regard to size, shape and maturity.
It is easy to harvest, with one pass possible. KAIZEN is a vigorous variety but will produce a slightly smaller plant than its traditional counterpart.
Plants are compact with fleshy, white stems and darkgreen leaves. KAIZEN is suitable for both bagged or bunched production.
