WINDSOR

WINDSOR is a wild rocket that provides a more vigorous alternative to Rocky and Gemini for growers wanting a faster growing wild rocket. A Diplotaxis type (true wild rocket), WINDSOR is fast to establish making it ideally suited to cooler situations. It is dark green in colour and develops a very thick leaf ensuring an extended shelf life. WINDSOR has a deeply serrated leaf, and has a sharp, peppery, wild rocket taste. WINDSOR shows medium to strong tolerance to bolting in the heat of Summer so can be used right through the growing season. WINDSOR can be harvested year round in hydroponic systems.
